This class is a fast paced vinyasa class. You will move your body with the breath and sweat out toxins. This class is great to build strength, flexibility and will allow you to access your power.
In Slow Flow we slow down the power flow holding poses 5-10 breaths. This class is great for newbies and those who want to experience a slower paced vinyasa class.
YIN Yoga is very slow paced. You hold poses 3-5 minutes to allow the connective tissue to release. This class helps you to slow down, relax and turn inward. You will feel relaxed after. Great for all levels.
In this class you will learn the basics of yoga, vinyasa yoga, breath, and meditation. Great for all levels.
This class is all about stretch and rest. All poses use props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) so you can relax & rest in the pose. Great for stress, anxiety, burnout or going thru a difficult time. Sound bowls add to the relaxation.
Chair yoga classes are done by appointment. This style of yoga is done on a chair. This class allows you to build strength and flexibility. All pose are done sitting or standing. Great for all levels, esp those with injuries and can't get up and down off the floor.
